Facelift - Correction of jowl formation, sagging neck and loss of jaw line contour by various approaches (skin lift, SMAS lift, "deep plane" lift) usually with incisions under chin and around the ears, to remove excess skin and fat and tighten or "lift" the soft tissue in these areas. Often combine with brow lifting or eyelid surgery. Browlift - Correction of sag of the brows and crowding of the upper eyelids; can eliminate frown lines and forehead creases with certain technique. Can be done endoscopically, with a traditional "open" method, or a "limited" (combination) approach. Eyelid Surgery - Removal of excess upper/or lower lid skin; may incorporate removal of "rolls" of excess eyelid muscle and removal of or "tucking in" protruding fat, to enhance the correction of "puffiness" or "bagginess" of lower lids and overhang of the upper lids. Rhinoplasty - Restructuring of bone and cartilage of nasal bridge, tip or base; may include adding cartilage or artificial materials, narrowing of "flare" of the base, or manipulation of the septum if breathing passages are compromised. Botox® - Injections of botulinum toxin into select upper facial muscle groups, done in the office to cause temporary paralysis of those small muscles, which then reduces the visibility of the overlying facial wrinkles.
